When you book an eligible chalet stay, contact our Reservations team to request Cape Smokey day lift tickets for your group. Let us know your preferred ski date or dates, how many people will ski and their ticket age categories. Our team will confirm the guest package ticket prices and coordinate arrangements with your chalet reservation.

2. 02Ask to add discounted Cape Smokey lift tickets. Provide your preferred ski date(s), number of skiers and ticket age categories.
3. 03Our team will confirm the accommodation and ticket pricing, arrange payment, and email your individual lift-ticket coupon codes and redemption instructions before your ski day.

• Specially arranged lift tickets are available with qualifying overnight chalet reservations, subject to pricing and ski-day availability confirmed by Reservations. Tickets are not automatically included in the accommodation booking and a package ticket does not necessarily undercut every stand-alone public online promotion.
• Eligible ski days depend on Cape Smokey’s winter operating schedule, weather and snow conditions. Lift and trail access are not guaranteed.
• Tickets are arranged per skier and per ski day. Applicable taxes and booking, cancellation or modification terms are confirmed when your reservation is finalized.
• Coupon codes are issued after ticket purchase is confirmed and must be redeemed through Cape Smokey’s official online ticketing process. Equipment rentals, lessons, food and transportation are not included unless explicitly specified.
